The Eye on Customer Service

It has been a while since I posted.
Over the lat few months I have observed some over and above customer service. I felt that maybe the world was getting it. Then I had a couple of real negative experiences when I reached out to a company for help. The first lady treated me like a criminal and made me feel like the situation was hopeless. There would not have been a situation had their staff performed the needed approvals on the paper work I had submitted. I had do my side of things to the letter and they still seemed to fail. So I called back and talked to another person. This time the person was friendly and wiling to help. Although the issues is still being resolved, the confidence in the last two persons I have work with lead me to believe that the situation will be fine. So I guess the reason for this is to show that sometimes you get bad apples in a organization but you can also find hard working representatives that will stick with you and help until the situation is resolved. So thanks to those willing to go the extra mile for a customer. For the consumer, remember to be as patient as the circumstances will permit. It does help and it can lead to the issue being resolved to your satisfaction. Hope this will help someone else. Thanks!
